Servicing & Repairs

With our highly trained and experienced and friendly mechanics our garage is equipped to carry out all aspects of servicing and repairs on cars, 4×4’s and light commercials.

We can provide the complete range of car and vehicle service and repair services including batteries, wipers, bulbs, coolant, oils, filters, spark plugs, catalytic converters, exhausts, suspension, steering, ABS, washer systems, brakes, diagnostics and more.

A regular service will help to ensure that your vehicle is as safe as it can be and will reduce the chances of unwanted problems and breakdowns. A healthy car is also more economical and better for the environment.

Our friendly team are always on hand to offer advice and help with any repair work – no matter how big or small!

Most cars today benefit from an air conditioning system. An air conditioning system needs regular maintenance to ensure it is functioning properly, and it is recommended that this be done every two years.

Our air-conditioning engineers are certified with a Safe Handling of Refrigerants certification and fully trained to undertake air conditioning re-gassing.

At Houston’s Garage, we are able to diagnose any leaks or faults with your system and can repair and replace components and re-gas both new and older systems including hybrid and electrical vehicles. Recharging your aircon usually takes around 60 minutes, if no other aircon faults are discovered.

Price:

  •  From £69 (R134a refrigerant – for most vehicles registered before Jan 2017)
  •  From £99 (R1234yf refrigerant – typically used after Jan 2017)
